We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (preferred) — via ATM or internet banking to our POSB account. An email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful checkout. Please reply that email with the following details once you have made the transfer.
  - Bank transfer nickname
  - Transaction reference No.
  - Date of payment
  - Image snapshot of the recipt if using ATM transfer
  Your order will not ship until we receive payments in the above account.
  In order to ensure fairness for all our customers, we seek your corporation to make the transfer within 48 hours.
  
  
• Credit Card (Temporary Stopped!) — we provide secure credit card payment via PayPal so you may make your purchases with confidence. It’s fast, easy, and you don't even need a PayPal account - just a valid email address.

• Delivery charges are based on package weight and size. As an estimate, delivery charges start from $1.00 for clothes and $4.50 for bags.
• Delivery charges will be generated automatically upon check out.
• Items are sent by regular SingPost mail, and take approximately 1 – 2 business days to arrive.
• Registered Mail, recommended for orders of more then 2 items, can be arranged at an extra charge of S$2.25. Please indicate the correct shipping option during checkout. Registered mail gives you a tracking number, and takes 1 – 2 more business days than regular mail. Do note that someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
• ShyLittle will not be responsible for lost parcel while in transit using standard shipping.

• International shipping is via registered airmail. A tracking number will be provided and you can track your article status online here (please note list of locations available).
• As an estimate, shipment time is approximately 6-12 business days from date of shipping but will vary depending on your country's customs and postal security checks.
• Delivery charges are based on package weight and size, as well as packaging costs.
